Services Provided

Web Design, Content Management System, Bespoke Event Management Module and E-commerce Integration

Brief

City & Financial tasked us to replace their current website and content management system.

They felt that their existing site was dated looking and there were several major issues with their content management systems ability to cope with managing their events.

The new website should have a modern, contemporary design which was different from their competitors and with the ability to promote forthcoming events. The new content management system should have a better layout for the event information, with obvious calls to action and integrate with their existing NetBanx payment gateway.

Solution

A modern design incorporating abstract imagery was accepted and implemented using the latest version of ContentWise. An bespoke event management module was built into the CMS fixing the issues with the previous event management system.

The home page now displays quicklinks to current sector-related conferences, forthcoming conferences and a news scroller to enable the client to promote selected, larger conferences.

A multiple currency checkout and e-commerce payment integration with their existing payment gateway, NetBanx, was implemented.
